Mariana Bulgakova - director of Expert advisory center "Legal Analytics", vice-chair of the Lviv regional Association of Ukrainian Lawyers, legal adviser of the Working Group of NGOs on climate change in Ukraine. She graduated from the Law faculty of Lviv National University named after Ivan Franko, and received a Magister degree in law. In 2007 she received the certificate of United Nations Institute for training and research, where she studied under the distance learning program course on international environmental law. She worked as a leading lawyer of International charity organization "Environment-People-Law", legal adviser of the Lviv branch of the state enterprise “Information Centre” of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, lecturer of Legal College of Lviv National Ivan Franko University, and lawyer of the Lviv Regional Center of post-privatization support to enterprises. She is engaged in scientific rese arch activities in the field of ecological, economic and legal aspects of climate change policy issues in Ukraine.

Andriy Petriv - member of the council of Expert advisory center "Legal Analytics". He graduated from the Law faculty of Lviv National University named after Ivan Franko, and received a Magister degree in law. He worked as a leading lawyer of International charity organization "Environment-People-Law", Assistant of the prosecutor in Lychakiv district of Lviv. He is a member of the Lviv regional branch of the Association of Ukrainian Lawyers. He is engaged in research activities in the areas of criminal, administrative and environmental law.

Anna Petriv - member of the council of Expert advisory center "Legal Analytics". She graduated from the faculty of Applied Linguistics & faculty of finance faculty of National University "Lviv Polytechnic", and received a Magister degree. She worked as a head of marketing department of bank “Lviv”. She works in the field of software development. She is translator & financier.

Olga Vasylyshyn – advisor of the EACLA on social issues on a voluntary basis from June, 2011. Graduated from Lviv national University named after Ivan Franko, mathematician faculty.

Balyan Olesya - a lawyer. She graduated from the Law faculty of Lviv National University named after Ivan Franko, and received a Magister degree in law. She worked as a lawyer of International charity organization "Environment-People-Law", as a legal adviser in legal entities, as an assistant of attorney. Engaged in human rights activities.

Martyniuk Martha , law student at Ivan Franko Lviv National University, works as legal assistant on voluntary basis. Specialization: advocacy program, international program, civil society program and educational program.
